When working as a team it is important to be prepared with your assigned task and be willing to work with each member. With any given task you must be prepared. It is important to be prepared for each day by taking care of yourself--get a full night's sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and be prepared with anything you may need to complete your work for the day. By managing your time and creating a timeline for given tasks, you will be prepared for anything that might be thrown at you, or any bumps along the way. Procrastination is not the best option in a successful workplace, which is why it is important to always be prepared for anything.
In the workplace and throughout your life it is all about your attitude and how you deal with situations. When you work with a smile every day, the environment can be changed tremendously--it creates a healthy and happy workplace for others and yourself.
In order to walk in to get a job you must build up the confidence and become brave just as Batman does. He is the brave and the bold who takes risks and takes the time to help others. It is important to not be an arrogant person or "show off"--modesty is the best policy to follow.
As a team player, it is important to take into consideration the various diversity which will be present in workplace. It is essential to be aware of different cultures, beliefs, values, and attitudes that others might bring to the workplace. By educating yourself about other cultures and exploring your own background, you will be prepared to deal with diversity in the workplace, which is vital to being a team player. It is important to be accepting of each unique individual in the workplace regarding their gender, religion, sexual preference, age, class, style, race and ethnicity, and personality. As a team player one mustn't be biased, or judgmental, in order to create a positive and healthy work environment for all members.
Just as we see in the movies, superheroes must be team players and often have a sidekick in which they must work efficiently with. When superheroes work well with their team members they are able to complete their job successfully as they help members of the society.

By working in groups and being a team player, the workplace is enhanced. You might have heard that 2 is better than 1 and in fact 3 is better than 2. In the workplace you will mostly likely work in groups with other members of the business, or company. In the superhero movie, The Incredibles, we see the benefits of working in groups. In the end, working as a group is helpful for all members--when one has fallen, there will be another person standing behind you to assist with the work.
